Visage wasn't sure if taking Ty along was a good idea. Their doubts were immediately magnified by the fact that, as soon as they stepped into the woods, the first thing Tyler did was proudly announce his presence to everyone there with a bellowing but hearty meow of greeting. Great. Visage rolled their eyes, and gently approached Ty to put a paw on his shoulder. They advised Tyler, quietly and politely, to keep down his voice when they were walking in the wood so as not to disturb the wildlife. Ty apologized with a friendly, anxious smile, and a sheepish chuckle. Visage knew Ty was a good soul, just... perhaps a little too rambunctious and high-energy for them and their more relaxed disposition. They led the way into the forest, their intuitions guiding them along the path. Tyler was a beacon of light that carried the darkness elsewhere. As they walked, Tyler's bubbly companionship, his friendly dialogue about the nature surrounding them and the bounce in his step-- the more they walked into the nervewracking wood, the more thankful Visage was to have been there with Ty at their side. Tyler was... like carrying a lantern with a lit candle. His company gave Visage the strength they needed to keep on, even as they thought they saw flitting eyes in the brush...

Their eyes were, as ever vigilant. What would they find, they wondered?
