Anything specific you want to see on your custom?: a galaxy water tiger with like, stars in watery wings instead of a water ball.(dark purple and black pls). Like a tiny galaxy but not as detailed. Any kind of gif added in the design would be cool!

Please only post custom forms when customs are open. Artists can open customs slots whenever they feel ready to take them on and will post here to announce it.

i'm not sure if this is the right thread to ask this question in, and so sorry if this has already been answered, but are users completely new to cloudy leopards allowed to enter the valentines palette event? ^-^ this answer may be obvious but i just get nervous to make a mistake so i wanted to make sure;; thank you!

Yes absolutely! The event is about giving a palette for another user, your theme and then pairing you with a user which will then get you both specially made Valentine's CLs. You do not need to own one in order to participate in this section of the event.
