for the sake of time I will be referring to Dragon On A String as DOAS.
DOAS are hermaphrodites, meaning they posses both male and female reproductive organs.
this also means that the DOAS Community is LGBTQ+ friendly
Currently DOAS are known to commonly have that nostalgic worm fluff, smooth dragon scales, and can posses ears.
DOAS have been see with a variety of pupil types including vertical slits, round, goat, and cross.
DOAS are very social and active creatures.
DOAS love being with other DOAS and creating dogpiles with each other.
A group of DOAS is known as a Knot or a Tangle
A DOAS' diet consists purely of fruit
DOAS are around two feet tall at the shoulder and are 5-6 feet long, nose to tail tip when fully extended.

How Do I Get A Custom DOAS?
You can get a custom DOAS by purchasing a Custom ticket or a MYO ticket.
What is A Custom Ticket?
A Custom ticket is a ticket used to make a custom DOAS. Your Custom DOAS will be made by the artist you purchased the ticket from.
What Is A MYO Ticket?
A MYO ticket is a ticket used to make your own DOAS on these lines. You may design you DOAS yourself, commission an artist to design one for you, or hold a competition.
What Is A Transfer Ticket?
A Transfer ticket is a ticket used to transfer your oc or preexisting design onto these DOAS lines. The design will be transferred the artist you purchased the ticket from.
What Is A Mascot Ticket?
A Mascot Ticket is a ticket given to DOAS Artists when they join. The ticket is used to make their DOAS Mascot and shop page. Mascot Tickets are not transferable.
What Is A Redesign Ticket?
A Redesign Ticket is a ticket used to redesign an already existing DOAS that you own. This ticket only changes the design, the color pallet and traits must remain unchanged You may redesign your DOAS yourself, commission an artist to redesign it for you, or hold a competition.
What Is A Recolor Ticket?
A Recolor Ticket is a ticket used to recolor an already existing DOAS that you own. This ticket only changes the color, the color count and traits must remain unchanged. You may recolor your DOAS yourself, commission an artist to recolor it for you, or hold a competition.
What Is A Trait Change Ticket?
A Trait Change Ticket is a ticket used to change the traits of an already existing DOAS that you own. This ticket only changes the traits, the color pallet and design must remain unchanged. You may change the traits of your DOAS yourself or commission an artist to change them for you.

Pupil type, flat or fluffy, ears or no ears, colored string to uncolored string
What is an Apparel Ticket?
An Apparel Ticket is used to add apparel to your DOAS. You may add the apparel yourself, commission an artist to add apparel, or hold a competition. Added apparel must not be on the original DOAS.
What is an Accessory Ticket?
Similar to an Apparel ticket, but used to add smaller apparel, like simple jewelry, hats, bows, ect. You may add the accessories yourself, commission an artist to add accessories, or hold a competition. Added accessories must not be on the original DOAS.
Should I Buy an Apparel Ticket Or An Accessory Ticket?
If you are unsure, pm me(Bridgy1234) or the artist you are buying the ticket from. Typically, an Apparel ticket would be used to add a large amount of apparel and accessories, or and outfit, where an Accessory ticket would be used to a small amount of accessories.
Can I Trade or Resell A Ticket?
Yes you may, as long as the value does not exceed the original purchase value of the ticket. When trading or selling a ticket, please have both sides contact me(Bridgy1234), providing links to the trade/consent for the trade.
What Is A DOAS Artist Shop?
A DOAS Artist Shop is located on the Artists DOAS Mascot Page. This is where you may purchase Custom Tickets and Transfer Tickets from that artist. Custom Tickets and Transfer Tickets purchased from an artist may only be used with that artist.
Where Can I Find Artist Shops
Artist shops will be located on the artist's mascot DOAS page. They will also be linked under the "People you should know" section. Just click on their DOAS Mascot Image!
As An Artist Do I Have To Have A Ticket Shop?
Absolutely not! When you become an artist I will Pm you a list of what tickets you may sell, you may choose what tickets, if any, you want to sell.
As An Artist Do I Have To Sell Tickets For C$?
Nope! You may also ask for cs pet and cs items. I just ask that you not exceed the listed cs values listed under the "Ticket Shop" section.
As An Artist What Do I Do When I Sell A Ticket?
Just send me a pm with a sharable link for the trade, what and how many tickets you sold, and to who. I will then update the Inventory List.
Being a DOAS Artist
How Do I Become an Artist For DOAS?:
When we open an artist search competition, you may make up to four DOAS design entries, one of which must be fluffy and one of which must be flat. When the artist search competition closes, said number of artists will be chosen to join the team
How Do I Become a Guest Artist For DOAS?:
When we open a guest artist search it will either be through competition or through raffle.
If a competition you must make only two design entries, one being fluffy and one being flat.
If a raffle you must link five specific examples of designs you have made to be entered.
What Are The Requirements Of A DOAS Artist?
Artists must make a minimum of 12 DOAS a month. adopts may be free, flat sale (for cs pets/item/currency), or auctioned (for cs pets/item/currency)
What Are The Requirements Of A DOAS Guest Artist?
Guest artists may only make free DOAS, Guest artists may make as many free DOAS adopts as they wish with in their 3 month time span
Are There Any Rewards For Artist Milestones?
TBD but for every so many free DOAS an artist makes they will get a free custom or myo ticket. this will be updated when we actually have a team of artists

How Can I Adopt a DOAS?
DOAS can be free adopts or profit adopts. Free adopts can be first come first serve, raffle, or prompt based. Profit adopts are DOAs that require you to offer pets, items, or chicken dollars. these can be flat sales or auctions.
I Want To Adopt A DOAS But I'm Blocked By The Artist!
Pm me (Bridgy1234) a link to the DOAS you want to adopt, and I will ask the artist about it.
We understand sometimes people are blocked over silly reasons but many users do use the block function as intended, for that reason we will not make an artist unblock anyone so they can adopt a DOAS.
I Have Tried Adopting Multiple DOAS From the Same Artists and Still Haven't Gotten One!
Just keep trying! Just because you have bait on the hook, does not guarantee you'll catch a fish! (yes this is a pun)
I Suspect An Artist is Purposely Not Letting Me Adopt A DOAS!
Same answer as above! If its true an artist doesn't want you to have any of their DOAS adopts, this will be regarded the same as if an artist has you blocked. Pm me (Bridgy1234) with a links to the DOAS you have tried to adopt, and a reason why you think the artist is purposely not letting you adopt a DOAS. If you reason seems valid, we will contact the artist and ask. We will not force an artist to do something they do not want to do.
What Can I Do With My DOAS?
Can I sell my DOAS?
If your DOAS was obtained through trading cs pets, items, or c$ you may sell your DOAS for the value it was traded for.
If your DOAS was obtained as a free adopt you may not, unless it has additional commissioned art that will be going with it.
DOAS obtained through the DOAS community may not be sold for other game currency at this time, and me not be sold for real life currency.
Can I Trade My DOAS?
Yes you may trade your DOAS for other DOAS. Please have both sides in the trade contact me (bridgy1234)
Can I Make My DOAS into Other Species?
As long as it is not a closed species or if you have the permission of the closed species owner, yes.
Being that DOAS is a Semi-Open Species, you may transfer your DOAS's design onto other species. But if you trade or sell your DOAS any species you have transferred the design to will go to the new owner. for example you make your DOAS into the following species: wolf, cat, angel dragon. You sell your DOAS to another user. the user now owns the DOAS and the wolf, cat, and angel dragon that you made you DOAS into.
Can I Make My OC into A DOAS?
Yes you may! Being a Semi-Open Species, you may make your ocs into DOAS, just like you can make your DOAS into another species.
If you wish to use these DOAS lines you may purchase a MYO ticket or a Transfer ticket.
Can I Make My DOAS into A Tangible Object?
I would love to see them if you do! You may make them into a plush, fursuit, button, whatever you'd like!
Can I Have The Background Or Font Changed On My DOAS?
Backgrounds and Fonts may be changed as long as other options are available on your DOAS. Just Pm the artist a link to the DOAS and ask for the font and/or background to be changed. Available Fonts and Backgrounds are listed in the "currently includes" section, with links to the reference photos.
