Yes I can. I have previously modded a support server for a Pokemon Bot with over 30k people in it. And I work for the bot still as well.

Hello there when a pegadeer is available you fill out a form to try and adopt one during raffles a random number generator chooses the winner but during "impress" contests a winner is chosen by the artist! I hope this answers your questions!
