The July Lioness is worth 2-3 MA with demand. (2-3 MA = 12 - 30 '09 rares)
The 2021 store pets one late '10 rare each. = 2 '09 rares
zodiac dog = 2-3 '09 rares
warrior cat = 2-3 '09 rares
'08 VR green dog = 4 '09 rares (I couldn't find anything on this dog)
Using CS math the 2011 pets = 1 '09 rare
Everything else (using CS math) = ~ 1 '09 rare
At most it looks like their side is worth 14 '09 rares. Technically it is fair but personally I would keep the July lioness.

It looks like the Sorren Fey B-day dog is worth 2-3 '09 rares.
A 2016 rare/very rare is worth around 10-12C$ &
A 2009 rare/very rare is worth around 35-55C$
It's your choice if you think that is enough. Personally I would decline
