You send me so many pets and with my magical powers I turn those pets into Paw Coins. So many Paw coins can get you a special coin. But you can only get a certain special coin when they are in stock and can only order a custom when slots are available. I do this so that I don't overload myself...

You cannot right now. You must wait until there are more Custom Coins available. You might want to send the trade with the pets you need for the paw coins so that when there are Custom Coins available, you will be able to buy one right away. All you can do til then is wait and stock up on Paw Coins.

Sam, I'd like to stop modding this place. ^^; Of course I'd like to keep my Flurfees, but I don't think I'll ever be active again. Sorry. :)
