Realized I Did My Math Wrong And For Some Reason Put The Neopalitan Potion Down As 4000.

Corrected math: Neapolitan Potion(2000), Candy Cane(75)x10, Winter Scarf(120)x10, Wreath(150)x10, Reindeer Boppers(160)x10 = 7050. Leaving me with 6663 Feathers.

Making some rule changes/clarifications on palette potions!

Unlike other items, please note that palette potions and eye color potions can NOT be reversed unless you purchase another potion to undo the effects. You also are no longer permitted to use the old version unless you buy a potion reversing the effects, and you can only have one version active at once. With that in mind, please be very careful before using one of these potions!

The reason for this is to prevent potential abuse of this feature and an attempt to "make extra Sweetens by recoloring the same one over and over." This hasn't happened yet or anything, it's just a loophole that I realized I need to cover.
