my third island and i finally decided to just wing it and not plan ahead while decorating and i'm already enjoying it so much more. i feel like so many people have been like 'well what's the theme??' and i just wanna say bro it's me themed. it's bumblecore.

anyway i'm loving this update. i still haven't gotten my favorite villager (rosie) but i'm gonna avoid using her amiibo and finding her myself. i actually enjoy villager hunting (if i'm in a call with a friend so they can laugh at my frustration)

I find that going into it without a plan is so much more fun. My island is pretty much overrun with flowers right now, but I kinda like it that way? Makes it feel all wild and yet comforting. My villagers' houses aren't arranged in any particular way either, so it just kinda feels like we plopped down in the middle of a forest even though it's an island lol.

I’m just getting back into ACNH after not playing for awhile, and I’m so happy that growing fruits/veggies/grains and cooking exist in the game now! (TT U TT)

I hope that we can eventually use things such as bikes, scooters, skateboards, and roller skates! (^ u ^)

Well, they did say this was the last free update, not the last update altogether. So maybe we'll get some things like that in a DLC!

Unfortunately, they won't be doing anymore paid DLC, either. It was confirmed here. Kind of a bummer, but at least we got cooking + some more deco options!! I love the HHP dlc.

That's disappointing. Why did they leave it so ambiguous at first then? It even says in the article that they told IGN "privately" about it before they even said anything to anyone else.

Gosh, I just got guilted into selling an item to one of my favorite villagers. Really didn’t expect that new dialog lol, it’s nice but also sad I have to wait a day to get it in the mail again haha. :”D

So psa I guess? If you have something in your inventory you don’t want to give up and are easily guilt tripped, don’t interact with a villager if they run up to you.

The whole Nook Friday thing is nice and all, who doesn't like discounts after all, but do they have to tell me about it every. Single. Time. I walk into the shop? Every time I go in to sell things, they insist on telling me about the dang sale before I can even tell them I want to sell.

I love that they are bringing that back! xD the little chaotic part of me wants it to be like in the game cube version, where the villager just takes it from you without asking

Guilting is one thing but stealing is a big no thanks from me. AC is where I go to chill, so meh. Maybe if they had it active only for a day (April fools or Halloween) or if you got bad luck from Katrina (which you can choose to be purified of). Oh or maybe if you’re mean to a villager you can develop a negative reputation (Eg you hit them with nets everyday)
