I’m just getting back into ACNH after not playing for awhile, and I’m so happy that growing fruits/veggies/grains and cooking exist in the game now! (TT U TT)

I hope that we can eventually use things such as bikes, scooters, skateboards, and roller skates! (^ u ^)

I've been calling the cooking for a while, I made a New Horizons RP where you can cook long before they came out with this update. Nintendo owes me compensation XD. But yeah, cooking really was cool

Well, they did say this was the last free update, not the last update altogether. So maybe we'll get some things like that in a DLC!

I just let go of Raymond today since he’s already on my second island and I didn’t find anyone I wanted on my NMT hunt, so I left it to autofill and I got Kabuki! I’m really happy over it

I went on a villager hunt today, since Kitt moved out, and I was surprised to find Sasha! I was initially hoping to find Ione, Shino, Cephalobot, or Merengue, but Sasha is just so cute I couldn't pass him up. I found him on my 6th ticket, which feels pretty lucky to me.

I woke up kinda late in the day, but still managed to catch Turkey Day! Luckily my roommate was very kind and had collected the ingredients and bonus ingredients for me, so it didn't take a lot of time to participate. 😭 Looking back, I think I did the same thing for them last year? But it was still very sweet!

I really appreciate that you receive recipes for all the dishes at the end! Even if... the ingredients are completely different than in the event lol.

In other news I picked up a "suspicious cauldron" diy on a glowing moss island and I love it??? It's customizable to a few different colors, and ploofs a lil ploof of smoke when you interact with it. Right now we have one that is "pearlescent" and whenever I or my roommate interact with it we just say "gay" in unison.

my third island and i finally decided to just wing it and not plan ahead while decorating and i'm already enjoying it so much more. i feel like so many people have been like 'well what's the theme??' and i just wanna say bro it's me themed. it's bumblecore.

anyway i'm loving this update. i still haven't gotten my favorite villager (rosie) but i'm gonna avoid using her amiibo and finding her myself. i actually enjoy villager hunting (if i'm in a call with a friend so they can laugh at my frustration)

Unfortunately, they won't be doing anymore paid DLC, either. It was confirmed here. Kind of a bummer, but at least we got cooking + some more deco options!! I love the HHP dlc.
