matters on what type of computer your using, the Hp/ dell/ really any other thing but mac you right click and select "vew image" then copy the url at the top of the page. then you can add the or you can just leave it a link

If you work with Windows, I suggest you right-click the picture, then select "Properties". There should be an URL there; select and copy that one, then post it between or [url][/url]
If you work with Mac, right-click the picture and select "Copy Image Adress". Then paste it between or [url][/url]

EDIT: Or what HD suggest might work better for MAC
