My uk friend said the dlc came out at 11 as well so it seems that’s what’s going on with it.

I’m off to get my frist lot of amiibo cards soon, I believe my friend picked up some for me as well (she dosnt collect but likes opening cards XD)

the group stretching is actually so fun. i didn’t think animal crossing would help me with my back pain but here we are.

edit; got my first three new plots down and i got marina, bluebear, and cranston! super excited for marina since i don’t have her amiibo yet. bummed she has an ugly starter house tho. oh well.
i got the dlc today too! i don’t have access to it yet but from what i’ve seen i’m so excited to try it out

Luckily now you can eventually decorate them. I let go of one of my starter villagers I liked because I thought they would be stuck with bare houses. :”D

Speaking of which, I’m LOVING the DLC so far. I thought it’d pretty much be an exact copy of HHD but there is some things you can do on it besides just decorating. It’s nothing super big but wow does it add some nice details. I won’t say what it is because that feels a bit spoilerish, but just be sure to walk around the island every now and then after doing jobs.

Edit: A bit off topic but eee I love Damomo’s little animated clips she does on YouTube. She did one on the group stretch that’s really funny. 🤣

Re-edit: Oh my gosh, you can clip them into the dog bed by hanging them on the wall, so cute! (I really hope this doesn’t get patched..)

my amiibo update: missing just one villager and 7 npcs , im geting 5 packs from nintendo this week (i hope) so im hoping to get all new ones but i dout my luck is that good , im atleast hoping its not more nook, nooklings and celest as there the only 3 i have douples of and id need more for trading (i have 3 spare nooklings for exsample )

The thing I'm most excited for is the Gyroids. ;u; I spent soooo much time collecting them in New Leaf. My museum room was filled with them! Still not entirely sure how they work, other than the small bit Brewster says when he gives you the Gyroid Fragment. Is that going to be the only way to get them, or can we also dig them up after rain like in New Leaf? Or is it something totally different?

Lucky! I wasn’t able to snag any but since the cards are based on a DLC that’s probably going to sell well, I have some hope they’ll restock.

How many new villagers are there btw? I’ve only seen 16, but since there is 40ish cards in this series that can’t be all of them? Out of the new ones I’ve seen I think Sasha is my favorite. I love cutesy males, which is probably why marshal is also high up on my list lol.

Oh yay! I always liked that little surprise when I dug up a gyroid instead of a fossil. Glad to know they kept that feature. c':

They have so much more personality! I mean, I liked the old gyroids too, but these ones are just even better! My very first one was the Bubbloid, I absolutely adore it. ;u; I won't spoil what it does for anyone who hasn't gotten one yet!
