I don't think I've ever tried hollandaise sauce, but pretty much every sauce is good for dipping fries in. Not guilty.

Whenever I make pancakes, I undercook mine. Like, some-of-them-are-still-almost-gooey-in-the-middle undercooked. It's delicious.
