What's a Kylark?

-Pronunciation-
[ Kai · lark ]

-Origins-
It is unknown the true origin of these creatures,
for they were found in an abandoned laboratory hidden by plant overgrowth.
What was experimented on to create the Kylark, however, is a mystery.

-Size-
Kylarks are roughly 4 feet high at shoulder length and 8 feet long, excluding their tails

-Diet-
Kylarks use their long tongues to dig into the nectar of a surprising variety of flowers,
though most are partial to one flower flavor.
However, they will eat sweet fruits, honey, and even use their teeth to dig into the bark of trees for bugs.
They will also eat small creatures such as mice and lizards
though due to the difficulty in catching them they often revert back to nectar and fruits.
These creatures are not built for hunting anything bigger than mice or lizards.

-Temperament-
Varies per individual but mostly docile in nature.
Generally shy and curious about any creature that isn't themselves.
They avoid conflict with each other and have small societies based around social interests and curiosities.
Very rarely will they fight over territory but it is reported to happen from time-to-time.

-Habitat-
Found wherever you can find flowers!

- if you no longer want the character design please inform staff so it can be re-adopted
- if you want to edit the design in any way you must ask original designer
- if you want to transfer the design into another species, must ask original designer
and with permission from them you can then inform staff
