Please pardon the bother, but I had a question : 0

I know the group isn't very active (at least from what I see?) but I was wondering if I'd still be allowed to do things like create customs and give my wolves edits? (provided I have the items of course, I have a ton of items just sitting and I'd love to use the ones I can, maybe even spend the paint gems ive got if I'm able)

Of course I'd be handling the art/editing myself! I think the only thing I'd really need from anyone else is... being added things and approvals, I think?? I'm sorry if any of my question is a bit confusing, I'll try to clarify if need be ^^

I also have a question. I am loosing interest in closed species but have attachment to many of my rpws as they were my favorite species for awhile. Is it alright to make them normal canine characters and how do I got about transferring them out? Or can I just use them as both normal and rpws? I'm mostly gone from cs so idk if I'd rejoin rpws it it came back, though.
