Ocean-Themed Entry

Don't mind me, left this running overnight.
He's got a fancy tattoo and some ancy extra scales and a cool tail... and no the scales are not white, they're a really light blue.
Common- Longer hair
Rare- More scales
Rare- Any tail
Rare- Vents/little openings/(gills?)
