I'm going to re-allow artists to do as many breedings as they want. Artists can design there partner a foal (so say me and toppy did a breeding. I can design Toppy a foal, but i cannot design myself a foal. It is also acceptable (if the partner is an artist to) that the 2 partners exchange foals.

I'm thinking about adding yet another little thing. Horses Heights! SO. E.g. Bingara Creek is 16.5hh / Charles is 15.7hh / Samantha is 12.2hh

Which means more updates. Just tell me which horse has which height. NO HORSES CAN BE UNDER 10hh OR OVER 18.5hh! I'll add it into the boarder form.

Umm, Shadey, there is no such thing as 16.5, or 15.7. A hand is four inches, and can only go up to .3. Each point is one inch. So it would be 15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, then 16. so 16.5 would be 17.1 hands high. 15.7 would be 16.3. 18.5 would be 19.1.

Let me take minute to find my horses heights.
