Normally dates are written as month/day/year, ex, today is 5/27/2011

I'm fairly sure for Europe it's Day/Month/Year. x3. I've never written it with the month before the day.

@roguemoon: Please remember that you are to take a screenshot of the permission or have the person post here and then link that post in your form, as a quote is not a valid proof that you have permission due to how easy that is to replicate.
