A have a suggestion for TCM that just popped into my mind. What if people could trade cat art for another person's cat art? Let's say someone adopts from somewhere, and has to wait another day for a cat. Before that day is up, he/she wants another kind of cat, but someone else adopts it. Let's say that person who took the cat he/she wanted actually liked the cat the first user in the story took more. Wouldn't be conveinent to just be able to.. swap them? People could fill out a form like this giving them the information that they want to trade:
Username:
Who are you trading with?
Your cat's name and litter name:
and they would accept it or not accept it. If they do, the users just swap the codes and the artist would change the owner (and maybe name) of the cat.

I posted the form before, but I dunno where it is now, so I'm just posting it again so Samantha will see it.
