their pets are regular vrs and worth 2 09 rares each, so the 4 09 rares would be enough for their side
overpay on your side with the 2010 rare + gray 2nd gen dog (worth 2010 rare due to extended release)

Your items (excluding the crystal necklace) are from the 2013 Slumber Event party. I personally value each item as an uncommon pet from that year (6-7c$), so together they'd come up to: 42 - 49 c$ ! . . . And including your 2020 uncommon dog (0.5/0.7c$) and the Crystal Necklace(Carnival Event 2020 - 0.5/0.7c$) which combined together make 1 c$, so they'd need to add atleast 13 c$ to make it fair to you!

It would depend on how you/your partner value 09' VRs! The most common valuing methods are:
2 09' rares for 1 09' VR, 4 09' rares for 1 09' VR or 3 09' rares for 1 VRs!

If you value at 2, or 3, then this is a fair / good to you!

As far as I'm aware, neither of the two VR dogs on your trading partner's side are known for any particular demand value above the 2 '09 rares = 1 '09 very rare standard (and both of those dogs are 2009 very rares; the gingerbread dog is a re-release.)

Your side with 5 '09 rares and 1 2010 rare would be considered overpay by that standard; in addition to the fact that the two dogs that are crouched down on their front paws are considered to have slightly more demand than an ordinary '09 rare, since they are "Malk" lineart pets and considered very popular.

If you were going to choose to trade by rarity value, I would edit the trade down on your side to any 4 of those 2009 rares to make it fair. If you wanted to factor in the slight extra demand of the malk dogs, I might suggest trimming your side down to 2 of the '09 rare non-malk dogs, the 2010 rare dog, and one of the '09 rare Malk dogs.

No, the line tribal's demand at best is 0.5 nons or 1 sorb. The cake dog's demand is 2 to 3 MAs (or 14 to 24 '09 rares, or roughly 0.2 to 0.3 nons.) The store pets are valuable, but don't add to the trade's overall worth in a significant way. The UR Holly has a demand of 1-1.5 nons, and so would be two to three times as valuable demand-wise as your partner's side.

Yes! It's considered standard that one 2009 very rare = 2 2009 rares.

Is this Item trade fair?

Not if you assume that items are basically equivalent to an uncommon of their respective release year, at least for C$ purposes. (I cannot for the life of me recall where I learned that, but it's served me well thus far.) All but one of those items are from the 2013 Slumber Party event, worth approximately 7-8C$ each. Seven of them makes ~49C$, so it's not fair to you without even adding in the dog and the 2020 Carnival Event necklace (which together equal about 1C$), or accounting for how popular the floating island set can be.

So I know C$ wise a rare store pet and a very rare store pet are worth the same amount of C$, but is it fair if you just trade a rare store pet for a very rare store pet with nothing added? The majority of people I've asked said a very rare store pet is worth more, so if this is the case, how much more?
