To be considered an artist, you must make at least 3 entries

At least one must have an accessory

Artists must make at least 3 adopts a month and will get a common MYO per month as payment
Guest artists must make at least 3 adopts but no more than 8. After the month is up, they can choose to either be a guest artist again for another month or become a permanent artist
