Hiya! I've wanted to hold a readopt for a long time, and recently got hold of a couple myos to bring these ideas to life.
I've made two designs with different christmas-y themes and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Both competitions also require that you compliment a community member.

Other notes:
- for prompt 1, you are welcome to draw other kals or use pip if you're a nonowner!
- Please try to stick to word limits, it's ok to be a few words over though!
- You must draw the dessert for prompt 2, or commission someone with proper credit.
- Please don't use font sizes smaller than 85, I cant read them!

credit - dude it's so exciting to have you back?? i know it's been years since we last really had our kalons interact but i'm really glad that we have this opportunity to pick back up and hang out again c: you're insanely creative and i adore what you're able to do when given the opportunity to design! you're the coolest <3
DewFromJupiter - one of the most creative people i've met to date? the way you can take the bare bones of character development and turn it around into a fully developed character that almost feels real, it's crazy impressive! i know you've been working on this big new kalon world, and i'm incredibly excited to see how that turns out <3
iBrevity - the kalon team is so lucky to have you <3 you've always bee so kind, professional, and polite when talking with me and helping me through the kalon growth process. you even remembered the growth i was pushing through after i was absent for a whole year! that's some commitment to the community, and i feel blessed to have you c:
Trphlthdl - i know i haven't been nearly as vocal as i should have been about how grateful i am, but i honestly and truly can't thank you enough for letting me have ari. she's been an incredible addition to my character family, and i really really hope that i've made you proud with what i've done with her. please know that you're always welcome to use her and all my other kalons and characters for anything you need! and i'd love to hear your input anytime on how i can continue to develop her <3

Dion let out a deep sigh, desperately attempting to relieve some of the tension. This would be her first holiday with a foster family, and Dion really wanted to impress her new foster dads. She had been with Hakim and Tori for almost half a year now, and she was hoping more than anything that this would stick. She had been ecstatic when she suggested that she be in charge of the Christmas dessert, and they had agreed! Dion knew exactly what she wanted to make, and had started early Christmas morning.
The small family ate dinner early in the afternoon, with Dion wolfing down her food as quickly as she could (much to Hakim's dismay, as they had to warn her many times not to choke). With the main meal out of the way, Dion was free to dash into the kitchen and grab the dessert that she had worked so hard on. It wobbled slightly on the plate as she carried it back to the table, but survived long enough for her to put it down and allow her foster dads to admire it.
And admire it they did. Dion held her breath as she waited for a response, only sighing in relief when both Hakim and Tori grinned. Tori started clapping, and Hakim gave Dion a nod of approval.
