The kitten is my character, Shykit.
Her mother died at birth, and the pretty white she-cat pictured is her future mentor, who she thinks of as her mother.
She is destined to be a med. cat. ^^

However, the tom on the right is her father, who she does not know.
In the RP, he is sending spirits who are trying to tell her something, but they have gotten wild, and are now trying to kill her.
