Has anyone else's blue candy cane dog seemingly skipped the puppy phase? I have one thats still in its blanket and seemed to never grow. Could mine be glitched out or is there a fourth outcome?

The blue one didn't skip the puppy stage, though. The one left under the blanket is an entirely different outcome, the blue one grew into a puppy about a week ago I believe.
