I listen to calming music, or watch "kids" movies that make me happy but aren't very deep. If it's because I'm procrasinating, I try to break the thing into smaller chunks and complete it (while listening to lofi, for the win). I also might work on embroidery or do a mindless task with my hands so that I can let my mind run if I need to think.

• i was in new york city, and one of the stars of the show psych was at my family gathering. they ended up helping me update my wardrobe and hairstyle to the way i want to look.
