Welcome to Fighter Mountain Range, sister thread to Hoppin Flurfee Fields. Each thread is a part of a far away place called Fushia Isle. Fushia Isle is made up of three islands, that you can learn more about later down the thread, and on one there are many kinds of species. This thread holds one of the three that we know of. Which are the Fighters. We have two sub-species, water and flame. Look around, enjoy yourself, and just out-n-out have fun ^^

Let's Play A Game......

Want to play a game? Well I guess you wouldn't be reading this is you didn't want to, right? If you haven't heard already, I'm making a new fighter lineart that will first appear in the 100 pages event but any of you have the chance to win a free one before the event. You just have to guess what the new lineart will be. I will only answer a yes or a no I will not say how close it is or "maybe".

Rules
-Fill out the form to guess
-One form, one guess per post
-You cannot post another guess till I have answered your guess
-If we reach 100 pages and no one has guessed correctly then the game will end
-I will only give a few hints, ask for more and your disqualified from guessing anymore

What is a Fighter?

Fighters stand about 3ft tall and 4ft long, not including their tails. About the size of an average dog. They come in many colors and some of them are very, very unique. They only live on Mercury Island, on the Lupine Mountain Range. Fighters are like the best of cats and the best of dogs. They have cat like features, dog's smell, cat's hearing, cat's agility, dog's strength, both cat's and dog's cunning, dog's bites, cat's claws, and dog's likability to water. Fighters are brave and loyal, never backing down from a challenge. But when they know they're going to lose, they tend to cheat. Still lovable though~

Regular Fighter

Normal features of a Fighter and are the most common on the range. These have the same information as above.
Example

Water Fighter

Water Fighters have finned tails they use as rudders in the water, and small fins on each leg and face. The fins on their face hides their gills and they're slow movers in the water. Water Fighters have webbed feet and sleek fur that is water resistant but they still move slow in the water. Now to catch their food, fish, they hide in coral and when a fish they like gets near they propel themselves forward, shoving their back legs against the coral and then using their tails to keep them going.
Example

Flame Fighter

Flame Fighters have fire tails, fire on each of their legs, and fire on the tips of their ears. These are usually the ones that keep to themselves but they can still be cuddly when they want to. They also have this special power to where they can control their own flame. Like their tail swishes side to side and is commanded by it's owner like a normal cat's tail but there is no bone in the fire that moves it. Another odd thing they can do is, like, you could pick up your Flame Fighter and it's fire won't burn you, if that is want the fighter wants. If the fighter wants their flame to burn and sear, the fire will, if the fighter doesn't want it's fire to burn or sear, then the fire wont.

Winged Fighter

Winged Fighters are as their name suggest, they have wings. These fighters love to be in high places and to feel the wind in their fur. Though they also have different tails. Their tails are quite long and really fluffy. These fighters make the best mothers because they are a bit calmer then regular fighters. And of course Winged Fighters excel in aerial combat. These are the most graceful and elegant of all the fighters. Though they don't tend to breed well with the other fighters(flame, water, and regular) because winged fighters feel that they are the more superior of all the fighters.

Here you can breed your girl and boy fighters. Now of course there's a few requirements. For starters there are four fighters per litter. Now the owners of the parents will see the children before anyone else and the owner of the mother will choose their fighter from the litter then the owner of the father will. It would be best for the other two to be given away for others but if both owners agree then they can each have two. I know this is a lot to absorb but we have to have standards, right? Breeding will be cost one breeding coin from each owner and make sure the other owner agrees to breed. Oh and last thing is after you breed a couple neither parent can breed again for seven days.

A Bit More Info:

Now I want a few restrictions on breedings, ok? You can breed flamexflame and get four flame kits or waterxwater and get four water kits(same with the regular), but if you want to breed a flamexwater then you'll only get two kits and only a 50/50 chance one will be flame. Here maybe this will help:

regularxregular = four regular kits
waterxwater = four water kits
flamexflame = four flame kits
regularxwater = two kits, 50/50 chance one will be water
regularxflame = two kits, 50/50 chance one will be flame
waterxflame = two kits, 50/50 chance one will be flame

Make more sense? Now to determine if you get a certain kit on the 50/50 chances, I'll be using random.org and I'll flip a penny, heads you get it, tails you don't. Now I have a quantity coin to where if you give me one with your breeding(Only one from mother's owner or father's owner) then there can be more kits to a litter, but I will not go over 8 per litter! Quantity coins will only bump up the kits by two so if your only supposed to be getting two and you give me a quantity coin, then you'll receive 2 more kits.

Ok Winged Fighters are going to be really rare so it's going to be extremely hard to breed them. You can not use quantity coins when breeding Winged Fighters. Below is a chart of the percentage they will actually breed, how many kits, and whether it'll be winged or not.

wingedxwinged = 75%chance of breeding | 2 kits | 100% winged
wingedxregular = 50%chance of breeding | 1 kit | 50% chance of kit being winged
wingedxflame = 50%chance of breeding | 1 kit | 50% chance of kit being winged
wingedxwater = 50%chance of breeding | 1 kit | 50% chance of kit being winged

What can I do with this coin? Have you ever gotten both your fursona and mate as an adoptable and then breed them but, of course, the kids aren't the way you had made them? Well with the rainbow coin you can breed two of your own pets and I will make a litter of however many kits you want(up to 8) and all the kids will look like the way you tell me, PLUS you get to keep every single kit. If you want this to happen between one of your pet's and someone else's pet then they will also have to provide a rainbow coin. I created this because I thought that if my fursona and her mate had pups that it'd be really cute if that happened as a litter and I got to keep them all. So this is that creation, but it costs a pretty penny :3 ((To People That Have "Unlimited Coins": You must buy this on your own if you want it. It's to rare just to give out so earn it.))

Map of the Islands:


This is Fushia Isle. Fushia Isle is made up of three islands: Zulu Island, Echo Island, and Mercury Island. The island where all of you and your flurfee's live is Zulu Island, then you make all your adoptions on Echo Island(also where the entire shop and things are). Where all the creatures live is Mercury Island, no humans are allowed to live there, only go and look around and such. On Mercury Island, you'll notice H.F.F. which of course is the fields where all the flurfees live, then there's Drakeon V. which was once a volcano but has long since stopped erupting and that is where the Favipers reside, and last of all we have Lupine Mountains which is home to the Fighters. Now not every area of the island has been explored so new area's may pop up any time.

~*~There's a rumor floating around the island that there are a species of cat's lurking near a waterfall, but we haven't found the waterfall yet!~*~
