FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE IT'S EITHER WAY THAT I AM

You can only have a custom Little Person when you have adopted
10 Little People.

A custom Little Person will be made to your requirements.
They may be any gender and with any traits that you desire.

You can again have a custom when you have 20 Little People,
and when you have 30, and 40, and 50 ...
In other words, you can only have a custom when your number of Little People
ends in a zero.

YOU BETTER RUN FOR COVER WHEN THE PUP GROWS UP

We don't call it breeding. But yes, Little People can have offspring.
(It's more of adapting their combined designs to four more Little People.)
You can only match up your Little Person when you have adopted
15 Little People.

The user with 15 Little People may request for a matchup.
They can match their Little Person with another user's Little Person,
even if the other user does not have 15 Little People yet.
But the other user has to give their consent.

Only MxF pairings.
Don't worry about 'incest', these are just PIXELS so it doesn't apply.
Both users must consent to the match-up.

Approximately four Little People emerge from the match-up.
The owners of the matched-up People have first pick
of one Little Person for each to keep.
The leftover two will be put up for adoption.

You can have another match-up when you reach 25 Little People,
or 35, or 45, or 55...
In other words, you can match-up when the number of Little People you have
ends in five.
