maybe the prey population, like mice animals which breed like crazy is very large in this year, so it could bring some carnivores like foxes to their lands? likely not going to leave easily either, because of the easy food the had there? there could be other predators as well like owls, eagles or hawks more too, showing up sometimes...

Just an fyi we are having company over tonight for dinner and we will most likely be busy! We have already been busy the past 5 days cleaning the house because my mom wants the house to be appealing to our guests while I personally dont think its necessary when you know the guests are only coming over for dinner, not to critique our house! LOL!
