i've looked this over with other staff, and we agreed that the scales on this kel are too irregularly-shaped and -positioned to even be considered scales, so please change the scales to something else that would look more acceptable!

if you need inspiration on what could be considered "acceptable" scale shape and placement, you're free to look through other approved kels or main adopts. alternatively, you could do a sketch of an idea of yours that you would like to implement and run it through me to see if it's okay to be added.
