Event for New Legends

How it Works
Simply color in the feather and add the colors you use to the pallet. You may make 1-2 each but artists are not required to do both. You can add coat ideas to your post but artists are again not required to follow these exactly.
Rules
-Please don't pester me or artists, we all have lives and are working to get your pieces done
-Follow all CS and New Legends rules
-Thats about it, just use common sense
