Welcome to my 'Make Me a Keldine' Contest!

I'm looking for a new Keldine with certain traits i'd like, but I just can't seem to make them. This will be a competition based on design and how much i think i will use them. Please read the rules before entering.

RULES:
all credit goes to kage for the species idea + concept + lines and everything else
Please ONLY use rare traits and under
All species rules apply
Your entries will be made in the artist search, make sure to list your traits.
Please do not harass the winner of the competition or any participants to claim their entry, by entering your entry must not be claimable until the competition is over, then you may put your entry up for claims / claim it yourself if you don't win.
