Finally finished with my entry!
This is a big ol' WIP. I'm doing this Off-Oekaki cause I'm more sure of my skills on other programs.

Included a little doodle of my current concept for the character above.

Has Two Forms
Blonde Base+Dark Brown Highlights for Hair
Tan Skin
Blue+Cyan Eyes (can Glow)
Blue+Cyan Horns (can Glow)

I'm glad you like the concept! If you haven't already seen I've completed 2/3 parts for this. I'm currently working on the image of his Full Dragon Form and a couple headcanons/ideas, after that I'll be done with my entry.
