It was just brought to my attention that a part of your form for Ride is identical to the part in another form you filled out for a different character....I assume that's because you made the form for Ride first, but since you weren't allowed to apply for Ride you decided to use it in a different form.

That's alright, but now you'll either have to write a new form for Ride or change the form you filled out for the new character, or it won't really be fair....

Why - I feel the real question should be, why not? Ride is one of the most stunning Mimics that I've ever seen pass through this thread, or any of the other previous threads. He is such a brilliant creation. Not only is he a Plushmic, my second-favorite breed of Mimic--second to Steamics, of course--but he is gorgeous. Absolutely, positively stunning in design. The soft colors are perfectly balanced, almost harmonic, and while that might sound dorky to someone, it's the truth. Just look at him and tell me he isn't beautiful. That splash of color on his bell and collar, the faded tiger stripes and cheetah spots, and the softer wing, belly, paw, and facial colors that enhance everything. Is he not fantastic?

So, yes, I do understand that he isn't real. But that doesn't mean he isn't inspiring. Anyone who remembers Raft knows that when inspiration strikes, it is a powerful force. Something that comes and goes at will, and every now and again there will come something that makes it strike with great power. Ride is this new force enacting on the creativity I use to write, draw, and craft with every day. And to anyone who might think that he's just a drawing, there is so much more to art than just visuals. Ride is a sound, a design, a very being with, in my mind, his own personality, loves and hates, friends and foes, as if he were real in some form or another. Yes, I am definitely a passionate writer. Only something like Ride can make me feel this way, and can fill my mind to the brim with ideas.
