SB = starting bid
The artist already decided that the auction starts at 50 C$. MI is the minimum increase, so if you wanted to outbid someone that is the lowest you can add to your bid.

hey, i see there is a bit of confusion, Mi stands for min increase, and Sb stands for starting bid, meaning the first bid is 50 and you have to increase by no less than 5.
