a lil late to the party but i knew i had to participate bc ive been thinking abt this design since the virus became mainstream, this just gave me a excellent pallet and way to create him ! his skull is supposed to represent the shape of a plague doctor mask but i had trouble illustrating that,,, he's full of goop within his lungs and big head !
