What are Shark Puppers?

Shark Puppers, also called SharPups or Sharpies, are a newly discovered semi-aquatic species that resemble both a shark and a dog. They can survive both on the land and in the water, but most prefer to spend the majority of their time in the water. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors - no two Shark Puppers are alike! They can be found both in fresh and salt water, in any lake or ocean, and they live in family groups called pods. Shark Puppers are quite playful, and they love meeting new friends, so come say hello!

Starting Your Own Pod

Starting a pod is simple! Just fill out the form below with your username and a link to your pod's thread, and a description of where your pod lives. The thread is a storage space where you will keep your pod members. It can be on CS or on another site, as long as that site is CS appropriate. Once you post a form you are automatically accepted, and can start trying to win a Sharpie!

Rarities

Common

- Browns, greys, tans, white, black, etc.
- Any colors/patterns found on real sharks or dogs
- One to two dorsal fins
- Realistic tail edits
- Realistic fin edits

Uncommon

- Other natural colors/patterns found on sea creatures (eg. tropical fish)
- No dorsal fins, or extra small fins/ridges
- Extra webbing/fur on legs
- Minor head edits (eg. rounded/pointy snout)

Rare

- Bright colors
- Man-made patterns (perfect hearts, stars, etc)
- Major tail edits (eg. fish tail instead of shark tail)
- Major head edits (eg. hammerhead, dolphin snout)
- Extensive webbing, ridges, fins, etc.

Do's and Don'ts

1. You may own as many SharPups as you would like, but remember to give others a chance.
2. SharPups are very diverse, so they can have any religious beliefs, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.
3. Breeding is allowed between any two SharPups, regardless of sex or gender.
4. You may trade a SharPup only for another SharPup.
5. You are welcome to use SharPups in roleplays. In fact, this is highly encouraged! The point of SharPups is to create and develop unique characters, and roleplay does exactly that.
6. You may take SharPups offsite, as long as you credit me and link back to here.
7. SharPups may have accessories and companions.
8. Most importantly, respect one another and have fun! If you have a question or a problem, let me know. c:

1. You may not make your own SharPup, except with a special MYO ticket.
2. Since SharPups are free to adopt, SharPups may not be sold, unless it is a custom which you paid for. If you no longer want your SharPup, you may gift it to someone or hold your own free competition in the style of regular adopts. Please notify me if you wish to do so.
