Hey guys,

I'm sorry for the almost year of inactivity. I've been going through a lot of stuff and school is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I have some extra time lately and I would love to start Pocket Lint back up or start a new species and I would really like your opinions. If I were to start PL back up, I would make a new thread but keep the archives bank the same but update some artwork and icons as well as rework some things. You would all have your sheep, items, and peaches, but I would get a clean new thread for the second version. Couch diving would probably be changed to happen once or twice a month and customs would be limited.

I have lines for a dog adopt with a puppy/pps form and an adult form but the concept for it a little more involved with more things to do and more complex items and breeding mechanisms. They have traits (ear and tail varieties) and lots of little accessories. I don't know how I feel about them because they don't offer the same flexibility and creativity that pocket lint do. Here's a sample dog based on my own pup:



I'm sorry if anyone felt abandoned or frustrated by my sudden disappearance but school is my top priority along with my partner so Pocket Lint was more or less dropped as I got more overwhelmed. I am working on feeling less overwhelmed and to make more time for things that I love. I love Pocket Lint and it deserves to have more time put into it. Thank you for your patience through this.

Also, idk if this is grave digging and if it is, please do whatever you have to do. I couldn't find the right place for interest checks and I apologize.

Please don't be too hard on yourself!! It is definitely important to focus on your priorities!
Personally I have also struggled with finding a balance between school + real life obligations and priorities vs things that
I enjoy like this, it is difficult to find a happy medium at times.
I hope you're able to figure it out! I'd definitely love to see pocket lint thriving again
if that's what you love doing. ♥

I really do love pocket lint, I just had to put it on hold for school.
I've thought about this little thread all the time and it's just now
that I've made my situation better that I don't feel overwhelmed
by school and other obligations. Life's wild sometimes lol.

I didn't discover Pocket Lint until after your hiatus so I would love to see them up and running again.

It's the best thing to place the priority on your real life, but I'm glad you're back! I'd love a new thread for PL, although of course, it's always up to you! Please take your time with anything and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
