• General Information
SOA is a closed adoptable species that revolves around world building. you are encouraged
to build your shepherds however you see fit. They come in many colorations and patterns unique to
themselves unlike any canine in the real world.

• General Guidelines

> your account must be at least 2 months old to participate.
> you must start with a founder in order to start leveling and gaining more dogs.
> your storage must be on a cs-appropriate thread or website and kept up to date.
> your founder will never be readopted but you will need to complete prompts to
level further to gain more territory for dogs.

> You may not be added to the lines or original design.
> transparent images can be asked for, artists can give them without posting another canvas.

> there is no limit as to how many SOA’s you can have/win within the limits of levels.
> leveling will require you to complete prompt tasks of your choosing from a list to further
develop your canines.

> SOA’s cannot be bred outside of this community.
> Any sex pairing is allowed when breeding SOAs
> Art theft/etc will not be tolerated.

> SOA’s have a two week cool down before they can be traded/bred. The cool down starts
at adoption.
> You may only trade SOA’s for other SOA’s. You may only trade for currency if you bought the
SOA and only for the price it was acquired for. ( ie. customs.) Founders cannot be sold/only
traded. This applies to this reference. if you have art with said SOA, that can be additional price
> Confirmation of trading must be confirmed by both users via the adoption thread and then
updated with the archive.

> You cannot co-own groups/share threads.
> Your founder does not have to be your leader etc.
> Your SOA’s are welcome to fit into any world, fantasy or not. they just cannot
have any physical edits added to their designs.


> SOA’s have no age restriction. this is a fantasy breed.
> SOA's are natural and do not have docked tails, they have natural bobtails or two different tail sets.
> SOA's are generally just wild dogs of avalon, though you can use them in whatever world you make up.

> If you are banned for any reason, you are allowed to transfer your designs out of the species.
you may not use the original art. you must at least credit the design artist.

> you are allowed to order 1 custom per month.
> you are allowed to order 2 breedings per month

• Staff Guidelines

> Guest Artists are allowed 1 custom and may only make adopts.

> Artists must make a minimum of 3 designs per month.
> Address the community professionally and equally.
> Are allowed 1 custom per month if they are active.
> Are expected to be active and produce quality designs
> Complete founder forms in a timely manner.
> Complete customs within the month they were ordered.

> Mods/Archivist, are allowed 1 custom per month if active.

• Getting Started [ Founders ]
in order to participate in SOA, you must first either adopt or request a founder. founders are basically a
free semi custom to kick start you entering the world of SOA. each user is allowed one founder. regardless of time,
you will always keep this founder unless you trade it. founders will never be reclaimed due to inactivity, banning etc

- founders will not have line edits. do not request a specific breed of dog as SOA is a breed of its own.
- you may request scars in this form, not after the design is made.
- you are only allowed to order one founder in your SOA experience.
- do not repost/quote your founder forms please.

Founder Forms: Forms open per artist whenever they are able. If an artist has
not posted they are doing founders, do not post this form anywhere.

• Getting set up

Once you have your founder, create an appropriate website/thread to set up your group the way you see fit.
Then you will start completing leveling prompts of your choosing to further level up and gain more SOAs.
Everyone starts at level 0 and will only be allowed a founder.

Once completing prompts up to 350 pts, you will level up and gain four additional slots for new SOAs.

There are no set order of prompts. You can do them in any order you please.

You cannot adopt any more SOA’s outside of your founder if you do not level up.

Level 0 - Founder.
Level 1 - Founder + 4
Level 2 - Add four additional slots. etc .

• Archivist Hiring.
SOA is in need of an archivist before things get too busy. As the archivist you are allowed
one custom within your level range. Should a discord be made, you should be able to communicate
there also.

Requirements:
- An example of how the archive will be set up ( to suit the level system.)
- Prior experience with upkeep from moderating to archivist to show your activity on cs.
- your account being older than 2 months.
- can easily communicate with myself and others in a timely manner and letting us know if
you will be absent.
