Name: Shishe Trent
Species: Canine- Dog- Canis Lupus Familiaris- Border Collie
Kennel Number: #13
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?: I love the pup’s design. The naturalness of it is just too adorable, and I must say the two shades of gray really complete each other. He’s going to be used in a story that I’ll be writing soon. He’ll be drawn by me often (On paper), and I’ll order art of him when I get the chance. He plays a big role in my fursona’s back story as she finds him and takes him under her wing. He’ll be in a story and will get art. From me he’ll get more traditional, but from CS probably get more digital.
Personality: Shishe is the kind of canine anyone see as sensitive, shy, easy-going, sweet, & quiet. He's actually quite what his friends would call a chicken or a nervous wreck. He's easily intimidated by bigger and smaller animals. The slightest noise scares him. He cares for his friends dearly and always listens to their problems, he's pretty gentle and would run away crying if even a butterfly landed on his nose, but there's a side of him that many have never seen. He can completely changes, not forms, but deep inside this quiet, sweet character there’s a beast inside just waiting to break out and show Shishe’s true aggression. Overall he's a pretty sensitive, caring, sweet guy.
History: Shishe felt stupid and scared. He couldn’t believe what he’d just done. “I knew I shouldn’t have listened to him,” he said to himself. His brother had dared him to leave the yard and go into the forest to explore. At first Shishe had refused to leave the yard, but being called a chicken made him a dare-devil, then a chicken when he’d done what he shouldn’t have. He walked along, shivering and dragging his body across the ground, scared half way to death. A sudden rustle in a near-by bush and Shishe was off. The small pup raced along, terrified, his tail between his legs. He noticed a large shadow behind him and he sped up, “Leave me alone,” he shouted to shadow, as he began crying. He was only pup, what could he do. Something blocked his way. He skidded to a stop as a large log blocked his path. He jumped and pulled himself up falling to the ground on the other-side. He kept running, “Faster, faster, faster,” he thought wanting to escape so badly. The ‘shadow’ caught up with him. The farm pup backed up, into a tree as a large tom blocked his path. “What are you doing out here pup,” the cat mewoed. Shishe scared kept backing away, "Well," the cat said a little agitated. Shishe still didn’t answer. The cat grabbed him by the scruff and took off.
A young Border Collie laid in a field. She looked up to see a whining pup struggling in the distance. The dog quickly approached the fence. “What’s going on,” the border collie asked. The tom looked at her, “I found a pup, and you, being a female could probably look after it. The cat set the pup down, “He smells like human, please take him, Chitari,” he growled. Chitari rolled her eyes, “People aren’t that bad,” she said. The cat grabbed the pup again and jumped over the fence dropping the pup. “Thanks for bringing him to me,” she said, cleaning the pup. Just then her human came out and ran for the fence yelling. The cat sped off into the forest, as the women approached. Chitari's human looked at the pup and took him inside. A few hours later the pup had a collar and was all cleaned, and was laying in the field with Chitari telling her his story, reluctantly. Chitari smiled. “Don’t worry hun, you’ll be safe with me,” Chaitari promised, as she gently nuzzled him. Shishe smiled and nuzzled her back, realizing he’d found a new home, with a substitute mother.
Other: I love this pup a lot and he’ll be put on my fursona’s page if won. He’ll be in stories and receive plenty of art. He’ll get a mate later on, but that’ll be if I win him and decide to make him mature. Also, Teal is his favorite color.
