Yay, so let's jump to the Store Pet List and start rarity hunting! [
link].
The pets you are looking for are commonly called the Calygreyhounds and I've marked them red for you, so that you can see their placement. From that list we can see that they are probably sitting just under the Koi Set and the Red Corgi, so if you wanted to trade one of your Dogs for a Corgi, you would probably have to add a little, whilst the same would apply if you wanted to swap your set for the Kois. The further above the pet, the more you'll likely have to add on your side and anytime you were trying to trade for a pet that sits below your dogs, you could ask for a little addon.
Usually, a full set can fetch you a little extra, especially if it contains a set exclusive (I don't think that's the case with the Calygreyhounds though). The only problem that comes with their placement on that list is that they were always very rare, so we cannot actually know if they might be worth more than the Kois or any other pet above and we will only know that once their rarity drops to rare or any other closely sitting pet changes rarity (for example, if the Kois turned out to be rare after the next rarity update, your dogs would definitely placed above them!)
It is hard to determine what your store pet is worth in terms of "normal releases", that's also why there is no direct comparison between those lists. If you have a specific very rare pet in mind, it could be worth browsing through the Rarity History Archive and finding out when exactly that other pet turned very rare. If you find that it turned very rare after 2014, it will probably worth less than one of your Carlygreyhounds and you could ask for a little addon! If you are thinking of trading the whole set for a more valuable pet, you could aim for pets that have changed their rarity to very rare a few years prior (eg. 2010 or 2009). There is no set estimate as to how sets and trading in between years works as we prefer for you to make up your own mind and look for pets that you like, instead of asking what would be the most that you could get out of them c:
Whew, that was a long text but I hope you will be able to understand our guide better and try to go rarity hunting by yourself. We are always here if you need more help with any more pets & offers!
