When you have decided upon a career, and have registered for it, you will then need to do a weekly check-in!
This is where you will post your check-in to gain your weekly pay.
You will also need to post here with the proper requirements to move forward in your career.
Title advancement needs to be noted here once you have completed the steps to move forward from one title to the next.

You may change careers at any given time, but you may only hold one career!
This may be subject to change in the future, keep an eye out.

Weekly Check-in:
Please post this form every Saturday to obtain your weekly pay.
Each tier has its own pay per week, and it increases with each title advancement.
You must list your individual title, not the base career.
You will only be eligible to receive your pay if you check in on Saturday!
The time will follow CS Time, or UTC. You may post at any time between 0:00 am - 23:59 pm on Saturday!
Don’t know CS time? Look here!

If you miss a weekly check-in, you do not lose any bonuses with your career, just the weeks pay.
You cannot collect your weekly pay if you are not registered in your career!

Careers are not required to play!
They do, however, offer bonuses and an extra way to gain Silver Spurs.

All careers are broken up into numerals from one to ten, with ten being the highest.
This may change in the future are the RPG evolves!

Each career tier earns the same amount per week.
Tier One receives 300 SS per check-in.
Tier Two receives 600 SS per check-in.
Tier Three receives 1,500 SS per check-in.
Check-ins must be posted in order to receive compensation.

With each Tier there are multiple levels to gain experience.
Once requirements for each level has been completed you will rank up.
Once you have completed all ranks in a certain tier, you will advance in title.
Each title has a better bonus than its predecessor, and you will receive each tiers bonus even after advancement.

Rank Completion Guidelines;
• Each rank requires the logged needs to be completed at that time! You cannot purchase one horse for rank II and have that purchase count for anything in rank III.
• Artwork can be ordered from others, here or elsewhere, with credit! Writing must be done solely by yourself.
• Everyone who exceeds the minimum limits per rank will be put into a drawing for bonus items. This chance is at a fixed rate and may not occur every time, but you could be lucky!
• Every +100 words will up the chances for a higher rarity item. Every clean addition to artwork (lines, shading, etc.) will up the chance for a higher rarity item.
• Only artwork done by you will award bonus chances. Artwork made by others cannot be used.
• You cannot recycle works! Nothing can be used for more than one requirement. You can, however, create any necessary requirements ahead of time to post when you are ready to level up.

Groom I:

Groom II:
• Enter one In-Hand show.
• Place in one specialty show.
• Purchase one item from the shop.
• Write or draw readying before a competition with your founder.

Groom III:
• Place in three shows, In-Hand or Specialty.
• Earn 5,000 SS, not including you joining bonus.
• Adopt or Purchase at least one other horse.
• Write or draw about finding your founder a complete mess after a rainstorm.

More has a chance to award bonuses.

Trainer
Riding Instructor I:
• Create a stable and bank.
• Create a Founder.
• Post your career choice in the Registry.
• Write or draw a training session with your founder.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 150 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Riding Instructor II:
• Enter one In-Hand Show and One Specialty.
• Earn a placing in two shows.
• Purchase any two competition boosters from the shop.
• Write or draw about a first major competition with your founder.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 200 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Riding Instructor III:
• Place four times with the same horse.
• Earn 5,000 SS, not including your joining bonus.
• Adopt or Purchase one horse.
• Write or draw an instructor session with two or more riders and their mounts.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 250 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Manager
Ranch Manager I:
• Create a stable and bank.
• Create a Founder.
• Post your career choice in the Registry.
• Write or draw about the preparations made for your founder before arrival.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 150 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Ranch Manager II:
• Adopt or purchase one horse.
• Have three first places in In-Hand shows.
• Offer studding or leasing services with one horse.
• Write or draw a helping your founder settle in after a long travel.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 200 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Ranch Manager III:
• Purchase four items from the store.
• Adopt or Purchase three horses.
• Sell or auction two horses.
• Write or draw a scene involving a dispute between two hired personnel and your hand in keeping the peace.

More has a chance to award bonuses.

Judge
Learner Judge I:
• Create a stable and bank.
• Create a Founder.
• Post your career choice in the Registry.
• Write or draw a practice judging session you did with your founder.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 150 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Learner Judge II:
• Apply to shadow one weekly show run.
• Earn 5,000 SS, not including your joining bonus.
• Adopt or Purchase one horse.
• Write or draw the experience of a first time judging an In-Hand competition.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 200 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Learner Judge III:
• Apply to shadow at least three weekly show runs.
• Have four placings in any show type.
• Purchase one of each competition booster.
• Write or draw a major competition where you have been asked to step in for an ill judge.

Farrier
Apprentice I:
• Create a stable and bank.
• Create a Founder.
• Post your career choice in the Registry.
• Write or draw a failed hands-on exam with a very upset horse.

More has a chance to award bonuses.

Apprentice II:
• Purchase two Horseshoe items from the shop.
• Enter two Specialty shows with one horse.
• Earn 5,000 SS, not including your joining bonus.
• Write or draw a mentor helping with your very first shoeing session with your founder.
xx> Must be at least a clean sketch, or 200 words.
More has a chance to award bonuses.

Apprentice III:
• Adopt or Purchase two horses.
• Have four placings in any competition type.
• Sell or auction at least one horse.
• Write or draw an experience working with your first client’s horse.

Veterinarian
Technician I:
• Create a stable and bank.
• Create a Founder.
• Post your career choice in the Registry.
• Write or draw assisting an employer with an unruly patient..

Technician II:
• Have two placings in In-Hand competitions.
• Purchase two Splint Boots from the shop.
• Earn 5,000 SS, not including your joining bonus.
• Write or draw an experience practicing your job skills with your founder.

Technician III:
• Adopt or Purchase one horse.
• Enter four Specialty shows with any horse.
• Offer studding or leasing services with one horse.
