My top from this year? I'm not a big multistan yet, so I'll do my top 10. (Warning, I'm not I to many boy groups, so this is mostly just girl group songs. Sorry!)
1. Psycho - Red Velvet
-Vocals were heavenly. Visuals were amazing. The concept was so good! The dance was choreographed by a 15-year-old I heard. It is so good on so many levels. The only bad part was SBS ruining their comeback stage and hurting our Wendy, and the fact that Yeri didn't have pink hair in the M/V. I listen to this song about 5-10 times a day, and I have yet to get bored. The vocals are so good.
2. Dear Diary - Yeri
-So I found this song quite early on in my journey. It was as I was getting into KPOP, specifically Red Velvet, and I had just chosen Yeri as my bias. I ended up listening to the song and crying. Then I listened with the English translation lyrics, and I cried again. I know this isn't a comeback or whatever, but this song is probably one of my favorite songs of all time. Not to mention that Yeri wrote the song and produced the music video. She is talent.
3. Feel Special - Twice
-I think I have the unpopular opinion here that Feel Special was better than Fancy. I liked Fancy, as you will see later on this list, but Feel Special struck a chord with me. Not to mention the rap part is one of my favorite raps in KPOP right now.
4. Moonwalk - WayV
-At the time Moonwalk was promoting, my friend was trying so hard to find me a boy group to stan. Up to that point I really only liked Red Velvet and then I listened to a few songs from girl groups. This song came in as an ad for a different m/v I wanted to listen to. The intro was so good that I listened to the whole song, and now I'm more open to boy groups!
5. Butterfly - LOONA
-When I was looking into new groups someone suggested LOONA to me. This was the first song of theirs I listened to. I'm waiting for the summer so I can properly get into them, like I did with Red Velvet last summer, because they are a group I really wanna stan.
6. Lion - (G)I-DLE
-How can I put into words how much I love this song? I'm not a (G)I-DLE stan, but I want to if this is the quality content they put out. I heard this one at m school's KPOP club meet, and it is one of those songs that will forever hold a place in my heart. It is just so good! and I believe one of the members wrote it, right? I respect that so much.
7. Umpah Umpah - Red Velvet
-This song is so good! It is Song of the Year after all! The outfits of this era were the best we had seen in a long time. Plus, Hero's confidence shined so brightly in this era!
8. Bim Bam Bum - Rocket Punch
-So while everyone was focused on Itzy this year as the next big girl group rookie group, I was off in the land of Woollim where they debut their newest group Rocket Punch. I love these girls so much, and Bum Bam Bum is a bop. If you haven't listened to it, please give it a try. The title may sound weird, but it is truly such a good song!
9. Fancy - Twice
-Fun fact! This is the song I put in first thing when I wake up in the morning. Thank you Amazon Music/Alexa! The reason it ranks so low on my list is because the other songs above it have had a greater impact on either my life or my KPOP journey. Understand, I got into kpop to help cope with the loss of my grandfather and me moving to a different state, and so a lot of songs have helped me greatly. But you know I have to like it if this is the first song that plays when I wake up in the morning!
10. Zimzalabim - Red Velvet
- I didn't like this song at first, but my brother loved it, so I listened to it a few more times, and now I can't get enough of it. The way it switches from a red to velvet concept to start off the festival was brilliant. The CGI was so on point and something we don't tend to see in the kpop world, and the m/v was awesome. If you don't like this song, I suggest giving it 3 more chances. It's one of those songs that you like after awhile. And it is soooo good now.
So that's my list! It was really hard to pick which songs to include so I'll list some honorable mentions (In no particular order):
-Tuesdays are Better than Mondays - Giant Pink and Yeri
-Kill This Love - Black Pink
-This is Your Day - SMTown
And then I also listens to a lot of new songs this year, but they aren't 2019 releases, so unfortunately I can't flex the number of SHINee songs I've listened to here. Lol.

Anyways,thoughts? ^.^
