Adoption Rules
You are only allowed to adopt ONCE every five (5) days. This may change later on when there is more demand.
Adopts cost a base minimum of $10C unless otherwise specified under that particular adopt.
I accept the highest offer if there is more than one.
(I also accept art/adopt trades, and pets on my wishlist).
Please offer on the deer up for adoption -- if you send me a trade offer I won't accept unless you've won.
Each adoptable deer comes with a random set of traits.
Once in a while an adopt will be released with a "very rare" trait.
Adopts may also be released as auctions.
These particular adopts have rarer traits, and some may even have one or two special traits.
I'll place a starting bid and an auction end date. The highest bidder (by the time the auction is over) is the winner.
Custom Rules
Customs are now a base price of $25C (I hope to keep it here).
(I may also accept pets on my wishlist or art trades).
There is no limit on how many customs you may own, but there may be a wait list.
Customs ALWAYS come with at least one special trait, and may end up with a very rare trait.
You can request four (4) particular traits for your custom, and even suggest a new one.
I need a clear description of what you want on your custom! Palettes are helpful.
You may request accessories for your custom, but the limit is 2-3 (depending on complexity).

Palette "Custom" Rules
These are not actual customs!
They cost $15C each.
(I also accept art/adopt trades, and pets on my wishlist).
You do not get to decide what goes on your palette-inspired deer. You cannot request a particular theme.
What you DO decide on is the palette itself!
These are basically just adopts with a preferred palette and ability to choose their role.
I'll roll a few dice to determine how many traits (and what rarity of traits) your palette custom will receive.

Breeding
Breedings cost $20C and may take up to a week to complete, though I'd probably get them done much sooner.
If you want to breed your deer with someone else's, you must have their permission.
The one who pays is the one that keeps the baby, unless otherwise specified.
Each carrier doe (deer with no horns) will have ONE (1) baby, with the rare chance of there being two (2).
Babies will show traits from both parents (unless one parent has a special trait - see Q & A).

"My Wish" is your one suggestion that I'll add to the offspring. If you want to guarantee a tail/horn/fluff type or a certain color/marking, you fill that out there. You cannot wish for something that neither parent has.

Potions
Introducing potions!
Most potions must be used at the time of breeding! (Cannot be used after).
Each potion does something different.
(Currently there are six (6) released potions).
Red Potion
The Red Potion will guarantee you a RANDOM rare trait on your baby (that neither parent has).
When used together with an Aqua Potion, both babies will have this rare trait.
(In the event of natural twins, only one baby will get the rare trait).
Red Potion: $5C
Mixed Potion
The Mixed Potion will guarantee you a carrier or non-carrier, per your request.
(This only affects one baby in the case that there may be two).
Mixed Potion: $5C
Purple Potion
The Purple Potion will allow a carrier to breed with another carrier, or a non-carrier to breed with a non-carrier.
(This only lasts for one breeding).
Purple Potion: $10C
Aqua Potion
The Aqua Potion is very special. It will guarantee twins!
Aqua Potion: $25C
Pink Potion
Another special potion! This one will instantly age your baby into an adult!
This can be used at any time.
(One potion per baby).
((To keep myself from becoming overwhelmed, only ONE will be available per person, per week.))
Pink Potion: $20C
Green Potion
The Green Potion will grant your carrier or non-carrier instant breeding ability!
(To be used to shorten the amount of time a deer must wait to breed again).
Green Potion: $20C
Adult Transfers
Babies must wait exactly one week (7 days) of the time of posting before you can apply for an adult transfer.
I do not charge for transfers! Half of that cost is already paid for in the breeding itself.
You must keep track of your own babies!
If you don't want your baby to age, that's fine too!

All deer can be male, female, or anything in between -- that's up to the owner. It does not affect breeding.
Deer that are related CANNOT breed!
A carrier is a deer that can have babies. Carriers do not have horns.
(The only exception are customs carriers, which may have horns).
Carriers need a non-carrier to have babies.
A non-carrier needs a carrier to carry their babies. Non-carriers have horns.

How many deer can I own?:
As many as you want! There are no limits.
Keep in mind that you must wait 5 days (currently) before applying to adopt a new deer, after your last.
(This only applies to adoptable deer, not customs on palettes).
How often can my deer breed?:
Non-carriers can be bred 2 times per week. They refresh every Monday morning.
Carriers are able to breed ONCE a week (every 7 days since the last time they were bred).
(There is a potion available to make deer instantly available for breeding, no matter when they last bred!)
The person I want to breed with has a deer with special traits, will the baby get these?:
Special traits are special for a reason! They originate from custom snoots.
If the owner of the deer with the special traits wants to grant a WISH for one, then sure!
If you don't own a deer with special traits, then you need permission from the owner who does.
Without a wish (or parents that both have the special trait), the babies will not get these traits.
How do you determine what traits go into a custom?:
When creating a custom, you have the option to choose a few already existing traits or suggest new ones.
The rest are randomly chosen with my own "artistic freedom", so to speak.
I may introduce new traits on new customs that haven't been revealed yet.
Customs ALWAYS get at least one special trait, but I try to aim for two.
How do you determine what traits go into a Palette deer?:
I roll TWO virtual dice! This process is a bit different than when I roll for breeding outcomes.
Only Very Rare or below can be placed on a palette deer.
First roll determines how many traits in total they will have.
(If it's two or below, I re-roll. I allow at least three traits.)
Very Rare: Must roll two matching numbers (ie; 1 & 1, 4 & 4, etc...)
Rare: Must equal a total of 10 or more
Uncommon: Must get higher than a 4 on both dice
Common: All other outcomes
What determines which traits a baby gets from their parents?:
I roll virtual dice! (Link is above)
Each trait has a certain percentage to pass, and this is chosen by the number the die must roll on (that I've chosen).
This also applies to whether or not a baby ends up as a carrier or non-carrier, as well as how many babies are born (1-2).
Each trait is rolled separately, and I roll for the total amount of different traits the parents have combined.
Special: These are custom and wish-only
Very Rare: Must land on 1 twice in two rolls
Rare: Must land on 2
Uncommon: Must land on 4 or 5
Common: Must land on 3-4 or 5-6
Twin Babies: Must land on 6
Carrier: Must land on 1-3
Non-carrier: Must land on 4-6
Can I trade my deer?:
Yes! You may trade your deer with someone else if you want to.
Both parties must be aware that there may be differences in the amount their deer were purchased for.
Can I sell my deer?
If someone wants to buy one of your snoots, sure! I just need to know so I can update information.
Please don't charge for more than what you originally paid.
But what if my deer is 2nd gen or above?:
