it's a... bubble kitty?

(my personal idea is that they can't be popped, but they *can* store objects inside of their bubbles, and despite their innocent appearance they're actually quite the kleptomaniac. But if you keep this char then what you do with them is up to you, of course.)

(should you decide to keep 'em and make me a char in return: both feral and anthro are cool, or non-recognizable-species things are also cool. I don't like canine or farm animal characters, but any other species would be great!)
