but im unsure about how claims work with designs from unofficial artists...

I think you need a MYO ticket...so please check with the people in charge of the Boglin species to make sure it's alright!

All you need to make it real is the correct MYO ticket.

You can claim an artists entry with their permission,
If you have a myo right at that moment? Great! You need to post a "Needs Approval" covered version with an uncovered in the description of the post.
If you dont have one at that time, they just wont be official until youve gotten an myo and gone thrpugh the approval process :)
