The window for staff apps. to be turned in is March 20th-April 4th. Any applications turned in afterwards (unless I decide to stretch the window), will not be accepted.

Artist:
To be an artist on the Chubbies team, you must create a minimum of three Chubbies that demonstrate your skills in line art, colouring, and design on a small canvas. These traits could be combined or spread out, but I would like to see at least one Chub with a large number of line edits.
Artists will be chosen depending on if I think they are qualified to become an artist for Chubbies. This isn't based on "how good you are". I will be picking artists that I think have potential and drive.
Artists get paid 5 Treats per adopt they make.

Each Artist will go through a Guest Artist phase and will make two litters; then at the end of their run they will either be asked
to join the team or they will be thanked and sent off.

Please use this base to work on all of your Chubs. You can find some good examples of line art editing in our staff icons, staff litter, and others in both of our archives. These Chubs will never be official. Do not increase the size of the canvas or create a copyrighted/inappropriate character, but everything else is fair game.

Moderators:
Moderators are paid 25 Treats per week they work actively on the thread. They are paid every Sunday. Moderators must be mature
enough to handle disputes and be professional with users while also staying active on the Discord and the thread. Common
moderator jobs are handling baiting, answering questions, and catching mistakes in forms.

breaking one rule results in a warning. three warnings is a ban. chubbie theft is an immediate ban.

don't change the Chubbie yourself; you must buy upgrades to change

sometimes, owners abandon their chubbies in the chubbie field, either because they were banned or because they
want the chubbie to find a new owner. you can give up your own chubbies to the field, as well as try to lure chubbies in the field
with Treats.
a chubbie from the chubbie field costs 5 Treats.

here, you can request to breed two chubbies. since chubbies stay secluded with their parents throughout their short puppy stage, you can only see the babies when they are adults. breeding, from form acceptance to final outcomes, takes about three to five days on average; times vary.

chubbie litters have 2-4 chubbies on average. you can keep the same amount of pups as the amount of parents you own; if its your own pair, you can keep two chubbies, but if you and another user choose to breed, each person can keep one chubbie. also, in a two user breeding pair, each user must pay the 75 Treats. if items are applied, they are applied to the person who supplied the item, unless it benefits the whole litter.

if you breed your chubbie with someone else's, you must provide proof of confirmation from the other user.

breeding forms are not always accepted in order. also, make sure to post when there is a slot open.
breeding two chubbies costs 75 Treats.

Depending on the artist, you may be allowed to request line edits. Each one has their own level of comfort, so please be tolerant if we are unable to complete something. Your request may be denied if it is: Too complex, planned for a future project, strays too far from the brand, or for any another reason. Line edits have been a long debated topic so these rules may fluctuate over time. The cost of line edits will always be 30 Treats or above, depending on what is asked.
