three weeks go by and then the nb is still not complete. would the cool down cease or does the cool down cease once the batch is posted?

Your breeding cooldown begins as soon as the ticket is accepted.

If your batch is not completed before your cooldown is over, you are welcome to post another breeding ticket even with the first incomplete. However, you cannot breed a kalon that has another batch in progress. If you post another ticket while still waiting on the previous, you will not be able to use the same kalon or kalons involved in the first batch.

Yes, breeding cooldown countdown start once a ticket is accepted!
So your cooldown would end whenever three weeks has passed from the date the ticket was accepted.

In the scenario that you're describing, your cooldown would be up regardless of if the batch was posted or not.

To add on:

Just so you're aware, creating MYOs for community members is not apart of staff's obligations (therefore there is no such form). You're welcome to ask a staff member if they're open for MYO commissions, but it's their choice to decide if they accept it and for what price.

nope! as long as the trade is sent before the shop closes, your trade will still be counted for. a few of the staff members taking care of trades are a little backlogged, so we dont want to have to rush them!
