2 2011 rare = 1 2010 rare
2 2010 rare = 1 2009 rare

i'd say it's pretty fair rarity wise (maybe even a 2015 uncommon over) but I personally wouldn't accept because people usually don't trade down with their old rares and this lion has kind of a good demand? but yeah it's up to you whether you like the trade or not .
please seek for more opinions though :)
