I'm not very clear on drawing ears In other creatures besides humans, Can Anyone Help Me Out?

I always make cat ears very simplified triangles and dog ears are like cat ears but a bit shorter, or thats how I draw them anyway,, I guess that you can draw them anyway you want, I make my ears really big on my cat drawings but thats just me haha. maybe google?

The way you draw ears looks awesome, the only advice I can legitimately give is, don't "overforce" an ear on a creature. Make it kinda flow with the design? Hopefully this makes sense haha
