I'm not being nitpicky, I swear, I just wanted to make sure it was intended to be edited

it actually wasn't, I was doing cerulean wake's painting tutorial, and I don't post on here often so I thought it would automatically go into colored in. It is my drawing though, that may have been confusing. Do you know if I can move it or is that something only mods can do?
