It seems pretty close to fair.
The dragon is worth (roughly) around a mid '10 rare, but has great demand as far as I've seen. Warrior cats have good demand too though, so whether you prefer the dragon or warrior more is up to you.

If you want to ignore demand altogether, I feel like it would be fair if they added a very new rare or a couple more old uncommons.

Not fair. The 2011 store pet is worth 4-5 09 rares, their side adds up to 2.5 09 rares. The cats have good demand, but it still doesn't make up 2.5 09 rares. In my opinion wouldn't accept. Yes they are Warriors but I dont think they can go for too much more... but its up to you to decide! The demand is good but store pet demand is also good.

honestly I would take this. tokens can easily be collected, or possibly traded for. in turn they would fetch a few event pets, which even rare, is worth more than a current store pet. of course some people value their tokens differently, so that's up to you.
